From her first year in real estate earning the “Rookie of the Year” award in 2003 to becoming one of the company's top agents,  Claire Bartholic is committed to the success of her clients. Born and raised near Chicago, Claire has traveled the world, earning degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Marquette University and the University of Madrid. After college, she volunteered in the Peace Corps in Paraguay and later became a Class V whitewater raft guide. “After seeing the world, nothing compares to Asheville.”

She lives in West Asheville with her family and they enjoy all the outdoor activities that the mountains have to offer.  An avid distance runner, Claire is a competitive marathoner, running everything from local 5K events to the Boston Marathon.
